The articles of association are often referred to as the articles of a company. They normally form part of a combined document called the memorandum and articles of association.
The articles of association detail the rules and regulations on how the company’s internal procedures operate, or rather how the company is managed. Historically a company without articles of association are bound by Table A. For more information please see what is table A. Whilst some articles of association adopt all of Table A most Articles of Association will adopt some sections and opt out of other areas of Table A so that the company can operate more freely. An example of this would be the removal of the requirement to have two company directors.
The articles of association that we supply have been modified to allow your company to operate freely. They include the latest amendments to the Companies Act 2006 and allow a sole director company. No secretary needs to be appointed. To view a sample or buy online use the following link-
